My Mom and I decided to head west for a week of relaxation and good friends! We went to Arizona to visit and eat some great food...well she ate the food I stuck with sweet potatoes and green beans! I missed my Daddy but here are some of the things I did to pass the time.
As part of my travels across the country, I was able to meet and play with my Great Grandparents in Sun City! I feel very lucky to have met all my Great Grams and Gramps (2 & 2)!!! I showed off and smiled for them a bunch!
As many of you know, my Mom has an obsession with meeting authors and collecting books signed by them...well, we happened upon Jan Brett (The Mitten, The Hat...) at her favorite bookstore in Tempe, AZ and next thing I knew there I was pictures, books, posters...it was fun! My Auntie Julie had fun too!!
One of my Dad's favorite thing about AZ is hiking! We spent a morning hiking the McDowell Mountains. It was beautiful but HOT!!!
For all you sports fans...
my Uncle Jay decided that I needed to support more NFL teams or
as he puts it the only team! Here I am in my Pittsburgh Steelers jersey!
I do look cute in any team!!
While in AZ we went to friend's wedding.
I was worried that I would have to get all dressed up and be
uncomfortable, but my Aunt Renee made me a great bib just
perfect for the occasion!
Thanks Aunt Renee for helping me look so cute!
